How can you enter the exam Marks?

As a particular teacher log in, only those classes which the teacher handles would be shown in the drop down list.
One can then chose to select a class where he/she wish to document the marks and according to the class selected the subject that the teacher teaches for the particular class would be listed.
Once the subject is selected, the particular class student names with details would be listed in the grid for the marks to be captured in the system.
Now the teacher can start making entries for the different assessments for the particular student by clicking on the cell and entering the values.
At each cell, there are validations set to avoid incorrect/ invalid inputs in terms of the maximum marks allowed /negative entries etc., which allows the teacher to correct the invalid entry immediately.
In the below screen shot, the 'term exam' is set for maximum marks 50, while the entry was made as ‘52’ and immediately once the entry is made, there is a warning message on invalid input which helps the teacher to make the correction immediately.
Once the marks are entered for a student, the total marks for that student is calculated and based on the total marks, the grade automatically populates based on the marks range set up for the grades.
The teacher can enter the marks for all the students and click on ADD for the form to be saved. One can also add the marks from EDIT mode of the transaction to continue entering marks if not completed for all the students or make any changes if required and save the form for the changes to be saved.
You can view/Edit the entries made, from Exam Mark Management—All exam mark Entries.
