Biometric Import (Manual)

 A Biometric Attendance Device provides many benefits to organizations. It enables an employer to have full control of their employees’ working hours. It monitors late arrivals, early departures, time taken on breaks and absenteeism etc.,

This Module from Hal ERP, allows you to import data from your biometric attendance device and update it to your Hal ERP system for it to be managed within the system.

How does it work?

As an initial setup, the The first step is to map each employee with the unique Biometric ID given in your biometric device ,which can be done by entering the ID in the Employee Master--All Employees Report  

Next, you can download/update the attendance details from the biometric device in the below given format as a CSV file.

 And the downloaded CSV file could be imported to Hal ERP system from Time and Attendance--Biometric Import Module

Once the data is uploaded to the system, the attendance details are available in the system from  

Time & Attendance--Employee Attendance.
