Late Request Management

What is Late Request?


When an employee wants to come late to the work but does not want a full day leave, he can apply for a late request for. eg. for 1 or 2 hours. This process is managed using this Late Request Management Screen.


How to create Late Request?


Select Late Request Management from Time and Attendance Menu


Click Create New button.


Select the Employee for whom late request is applied.


Enter the Late Request details like date, in-time and reason.




Click on Add button to save changes. 


Note:

An approved late request that has passed cannot be edited or deleted.

More than one late request cannot be applied for a same day.
