Employee Selection

HAL ERP Recruitment module makes it easy to manage the recruitment process, particularly to track the applicants and manage the applicant data and finally the selection process.


For the Employee selection process, Go to Recruitment>> Employee Recruitment



This Employee recruitment form allows to capture all the candidate details who have applied /interviewed for a particular job position.



In the Assigned Position tab,


choose the recruitment ID for which the candidate details have to be entered, the corresponding stream, department, and designation will be auto-populated.


Then the candidate's personal details, education, and previous employment details can be filled in the further tabs of the form.


The Employee Shift tab allows to assign the type of shift to a particular candidate. (This may be used if the candidate is selected )




The Document Validation tab list the document that was added for the recruitment process and this allows to keep track of all the required documents to be validated from the candidate.


The next tab is the Employee Evaluation tab which allows you to enter the scores for the different evaluations set up earlier under the Recruitment criteria module.


The next tabs Payroll package and Leave Package may be filled when the candidate is selected and the details will be stored in the database when the candidate joins the company.

The next tab  Selection/Approval section is where you enter the interview status of the candidate whether they are selected or rejected.




If a candidate is 'selected', then an 'employee' is created in the 'Employee master' with the DOJ entered in the section in 'inactive' status and the status of the employee will become active on the DOJ. IF the Shift, Payroll package, and leave package are entered in this form, then that information is stored for the employee selected.
