1. SOCIAL LOGIN

       Now you can quickly login with your EMAIL ID's just by 2 clicks.

       We understand that remembering multiple IDs and password is becoming tough in this day to day life.

       HAL has come up with LOGIN from EMAIL IDS i.e., Google or Microsoft.

       Steps to Register - One Time Registration :

       1. Update Email ID in Profile Module ( Settings Module -> Profile -> Email field -> Save ) 

       2. Click on Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft on ERP Login page and enter your Email ID, Email Password and next steps to approve the access to HAL ERP for login.

        You're good to go now. Be relaxed and you no longer need to remember your ERP Username or ERP Password as you know your Email ID & Password.

        Now at any point of time you can login directly by clicking on "SIGN in with Google / Microsoft" Icon by just 2 CLICKS without need to enter password.

       The same credentials can be used to login on REACHAPP

2. LIVE EDIT

     Auto-update edited data using LIVE EDIT Feature.

       No more you have to click on save to update the data after editing.  HAL got a new feature LIVE EDIT which will auto-update the edited data of fields which are highlighted by flash icon.

3. LOOKUP LENS          

            Filter Data using LOOKUP LENS

                Now get rid of remembering document number or searching in another screen/ report /form or no need to print the document for entering document number.

                We have made it simpler to search for document number using LOOKUP LENS.

      NOTE: We are launching these features and you are seeing sample of Live edit in Customer List, Vendor List, Employee Master modules & Lookup lens at Delivery note. If you need the same in some of your screens where you will find its useful, Please give us a shout! 

4. MULTIPLE DOWNLOAD

     WANNA Download More than 1 Print File at a time!!!

        We understand there is a necessity to download more than 1 Print file at a time. To boost your work, we have come up with DOWNLOAD MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONAL PRINTS ON A CLICK        

        From any Transaction Report Screen, select the multiple transactions and click on Print button. Now on a click all the selected prints will be downloaded. 

        Any transaction from any order or sequence can be selected and clicking on PRINT will download the TRANSACTION PRINT of those selected file.  

        Note: You can download up to 10 transaction prints at a time. A highlighter is there to show your selection count.
