1.    MULTIPLE SALES ORDER IN INVOICE

We understand there is a necessity to create Single Invoice for Multiple Sales Order. For this we have come up with new feature of MULTIPLE SALES ORDER IN INVOICE.

In Sales Invoice Transaction Screen, now you can select Multiple Sales Order which can be filtered by customer using LOOK UP LENS and create a single Invoice altogether for same customer.

Now you're hassle free from creating or printing multiple documents as One transaction will ease your work.

This is what we call as RBF ( Run Business Faster ). Earlier it was taking 1 min for Invoicing 1 SO. Now in 1 min you can Invoice multiple SO.

2.    COPY PASTE IN QUICK ADD ITEMS GRID

Want to Add Items or Ledgers quickly to ITEM GRID TABLE, without opening BULK SELECT ( ADD ITEMS ). HAL has got COPY PASTE IN QUICK ADD ITEMS.

In QUICK ADD ITEMS, you can copy paste the Item Code or Ledger Name and press ENTER, it will be added in the Table. 

Now you're hassle free from opening the Bulk Select. Instead you can scan or enter or copy paste the Item Code or Ledger Code or Ledger Name in respective Transactional Screens and those will be added to the grid.

3.   QUICK INSIGHTS IN ITEM GRID TABLE

Now view the details of items in CHILD REPORT Format on instant go during transaction creating time.
       
During transaction creation, there is proper guidance required whether to place an order or sell at different prices. For this HAL has new feature which avoids switching between Inventory or Sales or Purchase Reports to know details related to item. This makes user to take quick decisions and action.

Its currently available in Sales & Procurement Module. If any other info is needed in these reports , let us know and we can configure it.
