HAL ERP Recruitment module facilitates and makes it easy to manage a company's overall recruitment process.

To set up a recruitment drive, go to Recruitment>> Recruitment Drive

Recruitment Drive 

This recruitment drive module allows creating Job positions for the recruitment drive.

Under the Recruitment Drive tab, 

• The Stream and Department field allow you to choose the corresponding department for which the position is being created.
• From and To date specify the dates within which the created position will be active after which the position will become inactive.

The Recruitment Details tab allows you to add the particular job position details, the no of positions open, the budget allocated for each position, the status of the particular position etc.,

Recruitment Documents 

            We can set up the required documents to be collected from the candidates as part of the recruitment process from this form.

• Document name is the field to create the name of the document to be added to the recruitment process
• Active field is to specify if the particular document is currently included as part of the recruitment process. 
• Show for verification when set to Yes, will be a mandatory document during the verification process under candidate selection in 'Employee Recruitment module'.

Recruitment Criteria

               This module allows you to set up all the evaluations and their evaluation criteria as part of the recruitment process.

Under the Evaluation logic tab, the evaluation criteria can be set up

• condition field logic is set to assess the pass/fail criteria based on the Minimum score that is entered. In the above-given screenshot, the condition >= means that if any candidate score is greater than equal to the minimum score given which is 15, the candidate is considered to have passed the particular evaluation. 

Once the job position and evaluation criteria are set up, we can add candidate details for the particular position under the Employee Recruitment module.
