1. Invite People
Invite your team by clicking on “Share” Icon on Top right.
Share the link via email or WhatsApp (one last time) or whatever tool you wish to replace for office chat
They just get to fill the form on clicking the link. Once done they will be with you
2. Create Private Channels:
Private Channel is a “REACHAPP GROUP” where user pertaining to that group will be added and be able to communicate.
On left pane click on “+” icon next to “PRIVATE CHANNELS”, a pop up will open asking you to enter the “Channel Name.” It can be department, Project or whatever group name you wish to create.
Enter and then click on “CREATE”.
3. Adding/Removing Members to Channel:
Click on “Member” Icon (human icon) on Top and the list of users added in that channel will be shown and other required users can be added by selecting from the drop down of pop-up. Once all people are on list, click on “ADD MEMBER”.
Similarly, to remove user from channel, click on “x” mark beside that user and it will be removed.
Only User who created that channel will be able to add users in it
Few things...
Search:
To search any info or link or tagged person, then click on “Search” Icon on top Right.
It gives the ability to search by a phrase or word, recently tagged user & links or attachments.
Again, to search for a phrase you can search in particular channel or entire ReachApp history.
To search in Particular channel: Go to that channel, click on search Icon and turn of “SEARCH Globally”.
To search in Entire ReachApp: Turn on “SEARCH GLOBALLY”. It will search entered phrase in all channels and gives the result.
