Prerequisites
1. A Zoom Account
2. Access to the Zoom Meetings Module. Contact support if you don't see the Zoom Meetings module
Installation Steps:
The following are the steps to be followed in order to install / connect Zoom in to our ERP.
1. Login to your ERP account.
2. Select Zoom Configuring From Side Menu for Initial Configuration Form.
3. Then Click the below button (CLICK HERE TO AUTHORISE ZOOM) to allow zoom permissions to HALERP.
4. You will be redirected to ZOOM Authorization page. If you have not logged into your zoom account, you can sign in with your account detail. Once you sign in, you would be shown the below page requesting access to link your Zoom account with HALERP. Kindly verify all the necessary permission and click Authorize Button to confirm.
5. After Successful authorisation, you will be redirect to your ERP page with Success message.
You can also verify your connection status by clicking on View Transactions button and checking the Authorization Status from the report.
5. You can revoke / Deauthorize these permission at anytime. To unlink your zoom account, double click or click on the Edit button to edit your account details below.
Click on the "CLICK HERE TO DEAUTHORIZE ZOOM" button to unlink your account.
You will see the following confirmation once the account is removed from HALERP
You can also uninstall HALERP from your zoom account by navigating to apps and clicking on the Uninstall button
