Parent Portal & ReachApp Setup Guide

Welcome to Indian International School Riyadh’s digital platforms — the Parent Portal and ReachApp, powered by HAL ERP. These tools are designed to keep you informed, engaged, and connected throughout your child’s educational journey.

Platform Overview

• Parent Portal
   Access secure, on-demand updates including academic progress, attendance records, fee details, and report cards.
• ReachApp Mobile Application
   Enables instant, safe, and reliable communication between parents and teachers — anytime, anywhere.

Please use the same credentials for both platforms, which share several features for a seamless experience.

Important Notes

• Each parent account includes all children enrolled at IISR.
• If you already use ReachApp, your new child’s details will appear automatically — no need to reinstall or reconfigure.
• You may use the same credentials across multiple devices.
• For assistance or login issues, please contact IISR’s IT Department

ReachApp Setup Instructions

To set up your login credentials, you will need an invitation code. Please contact your school’s IT department to obtain this code before proceeding.

Follow these steps to install and activate ReachApp:

1. Download and install the ReachApp from the link above.
2. Open the app.
3. Enter the domain name: IISR.
4. Tap Sign Up at the bottom of the screen.
5. Under Organization Details, enter the domain name again: IISR.
6. Under Account Details:
   • Enter your email address.
   • Create a password.
   • Confirm the password by re-entering it.
7. Under Details, enter the invitation code provided by your school’s IT department.
8. Tap Sign Up to complete registration.
9. Once signed in, the app will open to the Chats screen.
10. Tap the three lines in the top-left corner to explore menu options:
    1. Exam Results
       • If your child’s exam results have been published and you are not a fee defaulter, their name will automatically appear in the dropdown list.
       • The exam name will also appear if results are available.

       • My Fee Payment
       • My Child Fee
