How to view General Ledger with opening balance and closing balance for monthly or weekly?
To see actual ledger impact
Select Accounting Reports--> General Ledger By Account
You can filter by date as well and has balances.
Alternatively,
Select Accounting Reports-->General Ledger Simple List
And go to the last page to see the entries you made got posted.
