What is meant by Pay Adjustment?


Pay Adjustments screen is used when there is a need of non-standard allowance or deductions for an employee. For e.g. 

  • Extra Bonus payment
  • Overtime Payment
  • Deductions in case of any reason
  • Etc

  


How to set Pay Adjustments?


Select Pay Adjustments from Human Resource Menu.

Click Create New Button.

Select the Employee to make Pay Adjustments.

Enter the Pay Adjustment details as shown in the image below.




Click to Add to save changes.


Note:

  • An approved Pay Adjustment cannot be edited.
  • When a part of the Pay Adjustments is already been applied to the salary, it cannot be edited.
